I work best with founders and operators who have built something real and now need the business around the product, customers, and opportunity to catch up.That may mean improving financial visibility, helping a leadership team prioritize, building operating discipline, evaluating capital decisions, solving a specific growth problem, or simply giving the CEO an experienced operator to think alongside.My approach is hands-on and straightforward.
